In regards to bite statistics, aren’t a majority of dog bites from small dogs? We hear on the news about attacks from big dogs. But based on my experience at an animal shelter some years ago, we had more issues with small dogs trying to bite than with large dogs. And most of the dogs being quarantined for biting were small dogs.
